Become a Member of PHCHF
Housing Co-ops in the Regions of Peel and Halton and Dufferin County are welcome to become members of PHCHF. If your co-op is not a member, we would be pleased to come to your co-op to share information about the benefits of membership. For more information please contact us.
Make the most of your co-op’s money: By using the CHIP Co-op Housing Investment Program) for your everyday co-op banking, you can earn higher interest on your co-op’s operating accounts. The interest you earn may cover most or all of the dues to PHCHF.
Resources and Education are available for Boards, members and staff. Our education program offers forums, scheduled workshops and tailored portable workshops at your co-op to support and foster healthy communities. Other resources include, consultants, meeting services and mediators.
Services designed for housing co-ops are delivered by skilled instructors who understand co-ops . Most services are available to members without additional costs and are included in the member dues. Other services are provided at cost by charging a nominal fee.

We have done the research and negotiated prices with our preferred list of suppliers and combined the buying power of our member co-ops to save you money. Buy only what you need when you need it and benefit from the bulk rate.

Member fee’s for 2015 are $3.25 per unit per month.
