A highly organized and detail-oriented Co-op Administration Assistant with proven experience supporting the operations of cooperative housing or retail organizations. Skilled in handling administrative tasks, member communications, record-keeping, meeting coordination, and financial documentation. Brings a strong understanding of cooperative principles, confidentiality, and community engagement.

- Office administration and document management

- Scheduling and meeting minutes (e.g., board meetings, AGMs)
- Data entry and records maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and co-op management software
- Knowledge of cooperative governance and bylaws
- Invoice processing and petty cash reconciliation

Schedule: Full Time
Salary: 40,000 “Commensurate with experience
