Assisstant Administrator

Short term/part time Assistant Administrator position available in Oakville in Co-op Housing – may lead to permanent part-time position.

Birch Glen Co-op is looking for a qualified individual who wishes to work part time assisting in the management of a Co-operative Housing property. Work hours are negotiable. Preferred start date: December 10, 2018.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has had previous experience working in co-op or non-profit housing. The position requires someone who is familiar with accounts payable and receivable and is proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A familiarity with NewViews & HMWorx would be helpful.

The successful applicant will be able to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks and conduct themselves with a friendly but professional manner.

Someone without relevant experience in co-op or non-profit housing may be considered provided they have applicable transferable skills and a compatible work/educational background.
