Position Overview

The cleaner is responsible for preventative and emergency maintenance at Bayanihan Cooperative. The cleaner is responsible for carrying out routine and emergency janitorial work
as assigned, including the removal of rubbish, grounds keeping, snow removal, maintenance of floors and the cleaning of washrooms, stairwells and elevators.

Responsibilities

Cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfect, garbage removal, scrubbing, and detailed cleaning of the following areas:

• Lobbies
• Elevators
• Party Hall
• Laundry rooms
• Fitness rooms
• Wash windows and walls
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Daily garbage removal
• Member units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens, ovens & fridges)
• Other duties as required
