We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager / Project Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead capital and administrative projects. Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth community operations
  • Support the Board of Directors with meeting logistics, agendas, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate member records and governance files
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial documentation

Project Management

  • Plan and oversee capital improvement projects (e.g., maintenance, upgrades, renovations)
  • Liaise with contractors, city officials, and inspectors
  • Track timelines, budgets, and progress of ongoing initiatives
  • Facilitate communication with residents about project impacts and updates
  • Support planning for future infrastructure or sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in office administration, project coordination, or cooperative management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with housing or property management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Knowledge of cooperative governance or non-profit operations is an asset
