We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager / Project Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead capital and administrative projects. Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Coordinate day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth community operations
- Support the Board of Directors with meeting logistics, agendas, and documentation
- Maintain accurate member records and governance files
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial documentation
Project Management
- Plan and oversee capital improvement projects (e.g., maintenance, upgrades, renovations)
- Liaise with contractors, city officials, and inspectors
- Track timelines, budgets, and progress of ongoing initiatives
- Facilitate communication with residents about project impacts and updates
- Support planning for future infrastructure or sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in office administration, project coordination, or cooperative management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience with housing or property management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Knowledge of cooperative governance or non-profit operations is an asset
